Signed up to send two messages for a total of $2.99 was offered the opportunity to purchase more messages. Did not sign up. My credit card company contacted me to ask if the charges were authorized. Explained to the fraud department that only the charge for $2.99 was authorized not the five charges of 15.99 for a total of $79.95. Contacted the company to ask them why they had charged by credit card. The representative could not answer the question. I asked to speak with her supervisor. Was told that there is no supervisor. I explained to the customer service representative that I would be contacting the better business bureau to file a complaint as well as contact my credit company to complain about the fraudulent charge on my credit card.
