I called to refund the money I gave them after hearing about a horrible experience a family friend had. They refused to give me my money back even though I was told to contact Kenneth Branch in quality control to have this fixed. They told me they can’t refund my money and that I was told to read the terms and agreements. If they pull up the phone converstation which they ALSO refused to do they would know that I was not told that there were terms and agreements to read and agree to. I never recieved a e-mail confirmation which they apparently told me they sent twice to my e-mail address ( I also called about this). I simply want my $298 plus $198 they have of mine back as I will NOT be using their services after what I have heard about the experiences with them.
