I called a customer and her caller ID gave my full first name, not the shortened version I use. I called Verizon, my carrier and the shortened version was listed as my official contact for ID. When speaking with the customer again, I gleened that Boost Mobile was their carrier and they said on the screen, Hiya popps up and then my real name. Hiya is associated with White Pages. It appears these two companies are tracking information on people. She said she does not have a Hiya app, nor does she with association with them, but Boost Mobile is making her anyway. I would suggest to protect your privacy, do not use this company.
