On April 30, 2011 my son ordered an iTech Easy Chat 308 (qty 1) from ChatAndVision online for 2590 rubles (about $92). Delivery was promised within 5-6 business days. Delivery never occurred. He has written ChatAndVision about this request and established case #xxxxxxx122585X. nWhen the issue continued to be unresolved, I contacted ChatAndVision myself and established case #xxxxxxx153807X on May 30, 2011. When the product was determined as not delivered, they agreed to refund his money. Since May 30, 2011, I have made several e-mail attempts to contact them and get this issue resolved. They reply with numerous excuses, but the refund has not occurred as of June 27, 2011. nCustomer Service is largely non-existant. There are numerous recent complaints about this company’s fraudulent business practices. A class action lawsuit needs to be filed against this company. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) needs to shut down this business.
