Purchased a “Beast” recliner manufactured by the “Best Manufacturing Co. located in Indiana; sales person was quick to point out that it came with a “lifetime warranty” on the “reclining mechanism” and assured me I would get years of comfort and enjoyment with this recliner. I did not have it in my home for even a year before the mechanism became bent and broken, after nearly a month of waiting Colder’s sent out their repairman and replaced the mechanism returning to the store with the evidence of a damaged bent and broken mechanism. Now, one year later, the same issue and “Best” is refusing to replace the mechanism and Colder’s is not standing behind their customer. What makes matters worse is Colder’s has not even had the decency to handle my complaint with management, the managers when I call just football me from one person to another and then they have a subordinate call me to refuse their commitment, placing all my “justified anger” at representatives who have no authority to handle my issue. I am appalled at how disingenuous this company is, their customer service is absolutely horrible and I am telling each and every person I see and know of my experience. Colder’s has not heard the last of me, that I promise. A purchase of over $650 should last more than a couple of years. Do not recommend my enemies to shop here.
