I saw videos online and on YouTube of a product that takes rust off on real small automotive work shops. I went to their website saw more videos with different selection of rust removal products. I placed an order on 4/27/18 and they also charged me for the delivery of Fed Ex. I called 5/1/18 when I looked into my email for the tracking number. I didn’t receive, I then called the number with in the website and spoke to a sales rep named Mat and was asked for order # which I gave then he said that the the order would be processed and to wait for a tracking number through email. Which I again have not received. I called again and no response. I received a email from a iPhone representing the company when I received the invoice.
