I also ordered cigars from e-Tobaccos back in April and have not received them. nWhat makes this worse is that these were ordered on behalf of my 90 year old father who enjoys his King Edwards! As a surprise I also ordered 1 packet of other cigars for him. The only contact I have had from e-tobaccos apart from the relevant order numbers to my numerous emails is to say that the King Edwards were with them but the other part of the order they were waiting for. nThat was some 6 weeks ago and despite me e-mailing to tell them to substitute the other cigars for something of their choice they have not come back to me at all. nMy father is not up to date with the internet so cannot understand that I have spent over 100 on cigars that we have not received. nThis company never answers e-mails so how is a customer able to contact them. I honestly have tried on numerous occasions. I can only advise people to stay away from them!!! They are not a reputable company to deal with.
