After waiting on line for over an hour, the customer service representative told me that they had over 400 customers on hold. I stated I don”t care if you have 1000 customers no one should have to wait on hold four 55minutes to place an order and after giving the order to the rep. the price was different than on-line which she could not explain. If quoted a price of 104.09!on-line it should be the same price if I call the store and place if at the call center! Very unhappy with the treatment and pricing issues.
