Ordered carport with special installation instructions, was told no problem. When delivered installer could not adhere to special instructions, I had to cancel, I was told deposit would be returned because it was there mistake. I have tried calling them for six weeks, every time I call a different person answers and forwards my message but no one evers calls me back. This company is a big ripoff and must be stopped
