I met Elijah last Monday. Elijah told me that he was a Def Jam recording artist. He told me that he had a 17.5 million dollar lawsuit and that he would be getting his checks in the next two weeks. He also sent pictures from an accident, letter from a law office and a lot of information including the front of his black American Express card. He offered to pay off all my bills because this is something his mom always told him is that a man is supposed to take care of a woman. He stated he was staying in Atlanta downtown and his aunts home and her rent is $2,800 which he has to pay. He said he is looking to buy a house in Union City as soon as his settlement check comes in. He did call the law office and spoke to the people at the law office and they told him that his check would be ready in two weeks and he will have to drive to Virginia Chesapeake to sign for his checks. Monday afternoon he claimed to get on a bus Greyhound to go to Valdosta to pick up his car that was getting a fuel pump put in and then once he picked up his car he was going to Florida so withdraw all the money out of his bank account. He call me Friday as stated that they only let him withdraw 175000 because the bank manager was not in. So he stated he was on his way back to Georgia and I have not heard from him since. He is supposedly driving a silver Mercedes Benz 2001 model with rims.. I demand I would like to see him caught and prosecuted for fraud because he keeps getting away with this exact scam and women aren’t aware. Stay away
