Flynas Complaint


Asslamualikum, Here is Muhammad Qadeer. I was travel with Flynas (XY73 & XY317) on 12th June-2018. My return flight (XY884) after 10 days where I have lost my bag 7 days. I spend my holidays without my things. my holidays was spoils due to bag issue with Flynas. Is there any Law to ask about this loss claim??? see the attached my boarding pass and other reports. waiting your kind response or shall I go an other door to ask about my loss claim?
