Global Goods sent me a frozen and broken bottle of Mexican Vanilla in December 2008. Their shipping label doesn’t include an address or phone number so I had to track it down. I finally found a number and called them. They said they had lots of customers who received frozen vanilla and they would refund my money. I still don’t have my $32.57 6 months later.
