On the 25th of August 2010 I ordered 2 Drinkwell Original Fountains, plus two sets of filters and one cleaning set. I paid 162,45$ in front. On September 3rd I received 1 fountaing, 1 pack of filters and the cleaning set. I quickly understood that the fountain was not working correctly. So I sent a complaint, and got a quick response. They asked for some number on the invoice, and I replied within a couple of days. That was the end of the help. I sent two other emails, one asking where the other fountaint was, and one where I asked for a refund. Still no answer, and i doubt I’ll se the other fountain, or my money. I live in Norway, so calling them will probably cost me more than what I’ve already lost. Poor customer service!
