We hired this company to remodel the entire pool area. He measured the area incorrectly and ended up with lots of extra decking materials. Instead of admitting that he mismeasured and overcharged for the amount of decking we needed for the project, he wanted to sell is the excess material to build additional patio space. The subcontractors that were hired to do the pool deck (the owner of JMC pools does not do any of the actual work on your pool. He hires out all construction and maintenance hands) covered the existing drain plumbing so water was not draining away from the property and pool. Naturally, this caused problems. What solution did they offer? For an additional charge they could try to remove the deck that was installed over a functioning and obviously necessary drain. The work was shoddy and they want to charge the customers extra to do attempt to make thing s right.
