Complaint: I purchased two Pioneer 7 inch tablets for my children for Christmas last year. Two months into using them they started turning themselves off and were very difficult to turn back on and if they came back on they would randomly turn themselves back off again. I called the number provided for in the warranty section of the Pioneer instruction booklet and followed their procedure of waiting for an autorization number to be e-mailed to me and including it in the box when I returned the tablets in their original boxes. They were sent to LTI Computer, Inc for repair. Months went by with no returned or replaced tablets and no word from them. Finally I started calling them and kept getting a recorded message to leave my name and number and within 48 hours they would return my call. The first time they did and verified the tablets had been received by them on the 29th of July. The woman said she would check why none had been sent back to me but if I didn’t hear from her within 48 hours to call this other number 888 999-1683 and ask for higher management. What a joke….I have called at least 20 times in the last 2 months and NO ONE has ever returned my call, needless to say, no tablets ever returned either. Hate this company and their deceitful, lying way of doing business with people.
