Media Cube Review


CubeTV has stopped working several months ago. CubeTv is a monthy, paid subscription to stream live TV. It stopped working, so I was hoping to get it fixed. Upon trying to contact support at MediaCube, I learned that they have basically gone out of business but are still taking people’s money. Yes, they are providing NO SERVICE, but are still taking people’s money, AND they are doing it on purpose. Upon realizing they were going to go out of business, they had an internet sale to liquidate all their old streaming boxes that they knew would be usesless in a few months. These boxes are several hundred dollars each. Their website has been “under construction” for seven months now, and there are absolutely NO LINKS to contact support or “sign in” so you can cancel your subscription. The three emails I have: [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected] don’t “bounce back” but they do go unanswered to the tune of over 20 of them. The ONE phone number they provide on the receipt for CubeTV is a dead-end. There is always a busy signal when I call. ALWAYS. I have called at least 10 times. One their home page, they claim you can get “live support” on their FaceBook page, but when you go to the MediaCube Facebook page, they have all their comments shut off, and no “button” or no way at all to send an instant or direct message. Their Instagram and Twitter accounts are disabaled, and their YouTube account is active but comments are turned off. They have basically made it impossible to cancel a subscription, but yet provide no service and continue to take money. I am looking into a class-action lawsuit.
