I bought a new 2017 Mercedes Benz Sprinter van at the end of April and I have been experiencing transmission problems, I brought it back to the dealer several times and itís still not fixed apparently they donít know how to fix it, I contacted Mercedes Benz USA and they canít seem to pull there heads out of there a*s long enough to have an intelligent conversation I told them that this is my only business vehicle and that Iím out of business without it and they still canít seem to be able to offer any form of assistance so ití seems, I even told them Iím going to lose my business my house and everything else I own unless they can get it resolved but they arenít even trying they told me I had to wait a month for a special tech to come out and diagnose it, Then another month to repair it so in the 3 months Iíve owned it itís been in the shop for a month already and Iím being told two more months to have it repaired
