I bought a new 2017 Mercedes Benz Sprinter van at the end of April and I have been experiencing transmission problems, I brought it back to the dealer several times and it’s still not fixed apparently they don’t know how to fix it, I contacted Mercedes Benz USA and they can’t seem to pull there heads out of there a*s long enough to have an intelligent conversation I told them that this is my only business vehicle and that I’m out of business without it and they still can’t seem to be able to offer any form of assistance so it’ seems, I even told them I’m going to lose my business my house and everything else I own unless they can get it resolved but they aren’t even trying they told me I had to wait a month for a special tech to come out and diagnose it, Then another month to repair it so in the 3 months I’ve owned it it’s been in the shop for a month already and I’m being told two more months to have it repaired
