I rented two movies and upon returning them, the kiosk was posted with an “out of order”” sign. I approached the supermarket manager and he instructed me to use the drop box

attached to the kiosk and to call the customer service number listed. After doing so

the Customer Service rep told me that he would note my account and that the billing would stop and show the movies as returned as of that day. Today

I attempted to rent another movie and got a message that in order to rent new movies

I need to pay an outstanding balance. Thinking it’s perhaps a dollar or two
