No Item Shipped,will not answer phone or respond to emails


My Complaint: I ordered an item form NoMoreRack on Monday December 2,2013. Sad to say I did not get a shipment confirmation anytime from 12/2-12/16. I tried contacting customer service and no one answered phone. I was charged for the item and never got it. Now i’m out of Money and an item


My Demand: Return my funds or ship the item
