I bought a pair of Dolce and Gabbana plastick frame sunglasses with the brand name printed on the arm. I was also sold a sunglass cleaning solution and rag at the same store–Occhiali Da Sole. While cleaning my sunglasses the day after I bought them Dolce and Gabbana and the arm rubbed off. I took them back and was told that they only refund or exchange merchandise that can be resold. All I wanted was another pair. I didnt want my money back. Even though I had the receipt, case and tags. They were very rude and accused me of not taking proper care of the glasses. I left but called the next day for a manager who was even more rude than the sales associate. I asked for their corporate number and was told they dont give that number out. I called and asked again the following day and the sales associate was friendly and gave me the number no questions asked. I called the corporate number for ODS. My call was returned right away by the district manager who was very friendly and sympathetic but wouldnt exchange the glasses. She had me come into another location so I wouldnt have to deal with the RUDE people at the Scottsdale store. I turned my glasses into the district manager so she could send them off to warranty exchange. I was told that it normally takes two weeks for the glasses to be fixed or replaced and returned but for my inconvenience they would be sent on a rush order at no charge and ?Id get them back in a week. I finally got them back TWO MONTHS LATER and was charge $10 for a rush order. nLucasnPeoria, Arizona
