12/22/18, I received second rude payment due. I have been a good paying customer for MANY years. I, apparently, by mistake, checked off wrong subscription renewal box. 3 yr instead of my usual 1yr. After first rude payment notice, I sent a letter explaining what happened. No response back. Second rude notice arrives. I wrote a note about mistake and included !st month payment $29.00. My point to customer service and you is that you could learn from my Ins. Co. when I’m late with payment there response is: This is a friendly reminder. And I, promptly, get off my check.
