Not to be trusted. They charged me $1,000 for “premium concierge.”The service and release was not done for two weeks. No telephone for customer service, so I sent endless emails, but I did not get a response until I finally saw that it was life. I was told that there was an unknown error. No explanation, it just says, “sorry for the inconvenience.” The outlets were not real and I had links to the wrong sites. They really do not know what they are doing, and they ripped me off. I canceled.
