Product complaint


Bought a linen saree from them online. However, the color was not accurate as displayed on the website. I contacted prativacollection and they told me to send the product back. The product is in Delhi for 3 weeks but Delhivery is not able to clear the goods from customs as Prativacollection is not sending the kyc form. I informed this matter via mail but got no answer, also nobody there in Prativacollection to answer my phone call. Even Delhivery could not get in touch with anybody from them. Really frustrating!!
