I ordered 2 wrapping paper cutters on October 24, 2018. 6 weeks later I asked for my order to be canceled and my money returned. They assured my it would be here soon. 2 weeks later I told them again to refund my money and was told my order was in transit. I asked for a tracking number and never received one. I was told on Christmas day that they could not return my money on an order that was in transit – a tracking number was not provided. They website is not working and there is no phone number on the site. I reported to my credit card and that is where I got a phone number.
