I brought my Honda Goldwing in for service and a new front tire at 9:30 AM for a 10 AM appointment. After a couple of hours I was told I was all set to go. The brake issue was not fixed and the front tire was not replaced. I made some suggestions of what I would do to fix the brakes and asked again to have the front tire replaced. Around 4 PM I was told I was set to go. The brakes were not fixed, and they told me they could not get the part. As soon as I left, I felt a very rough ride and attributed it to them tightning the front brakes. When I got home I fournd the rear tire was very worn and is not safe. The service manager says that is the way they got the bike. I absolutely disagree. .
