I ordered a product (shoelaces) that is advertised as a product that helps kids (especially those with disabilities) learn to tie their shoes. I ordered the product over a month ago, on May 3rd, 2018. I was initially told that due to many requests for this product, they are behind in manufacturing and it would be 3-5 days before it was shipped and they would provide tracking info once the item had shipped. I waited about two weeks before I contacted them again as I had not received info regarding shipment. I was contacted by "Matthew A." with the following on May 22, 2018.: "I apologize for the delay. Our website was relaunched without notice and our manufacturing was not complete yet. We are sending out all orders Thursday morning." It did not ship and any email contact on my part has gone unanswered.
