Roto Rooter Clarkston Georgia Review

R

April 4: A Roto Rooter representative came to our home because our pipes were making a “vibrating”” noise. He determined that the PRV wasn’t working correctly. Instead of replacing it

he cleaned it. He stated that replacing the PRV would be $550 but that if it had to be replaced later the cost of this first call would be deducted from our total. Cost of this visit: $275. We had a $75 coupon so we paid him $200. The pipes began vibrating again only hours later but the next day was Easter Sunday and so

of course

we didn’t call. April 6: we called first thing Monday morning. April 7: The plumber returned and replaced the PRV. But

he only gave us credit for $100
