Booking ID [protected] On 14th may I accidentally paid for a trip, I called minutes later to Rumbo and some guy told me that I could ask my bank to retire the money because this trip couldn”t be cancelled. So I did so. My bank ask for the money and Rumbo give me back. Now they are telling me that it is not possible to cancell the trip, so I want to pay back, but nobody knows what I have to do. I have called like 30 times and everybody there says that they don”t now how to proceed. I wrote them 2 mails and nobody answers me. I don”t want to pay more or have a reclamation from Rumbo. I need some answer so I will know what I have to do.
