Samsclub.com Flowery Branch Georgia Review

I ordered a king size mattress set from samsclub.com. After 3 weeks, I was contacted by a local shipping company to set up a delivery time. A few days later, my mattress set was delivered but was short a box spring (king size sets come with two box springs). I accepted delivery because I needed something to sleep on (mattress on the floor). I contacted Sams Club several times, spoke to several CSR’s who never seemed to have a clue what was going on (do they even keep notes of conversations??) but my box spring was nowhere to be found and they would have to ship a new one. A few days later, I was told to contact the shipping company the next day and they would arrange a time to ship my new box spring. I contacted the shipping company and they told me they had refused delivery of the new box spring because it had a hole in it. nSo now it has been more than 5 weeks since my order, 2 weeks since the original delivery, Sams Club didn’t seem to care, and I was looking at another week of sleeping on the floor. When I complained, I was told, “Well

you’re not actually sleeping on the floor

you’re sleeping on a mattress on the floor.”” WTF? When I asked how they would make this right monetarily

they offered we a $25 gift card. When I declined and asked for them to pick up the mattress and box spring I’ve already received

they jumped at the chance. What the heck will they do with a used mattress? Isn’t it worth it to them to just give me a better deal on it and let me keep it? So now I’m told they will pick it up sometime this week and once they receive it back
