As a recently “FIRED”” Sales Associate of Sears
I felt I had to say something. Sears has a Corporate Philosophy that encompasses 7 steps resulting in creating “”Customers for Life””. In reality
they care nothing about their customers or their employees or creating “”Customers for Life””. Their ONLY concern is in selling the consumer an extended warranty they call “”Protection Argreements””. nIt is not important that an Associate sell alot of product or has a great customer service attitude
it is only important that they sell “”Protection Agreements””. This is where Sears makes their money. I can understand Corporate Goals
but in today’s society with educated consumers and everything negative that is written about extended warranties
