Did not order did not request auto delivery
My Complaint: Free sample. (postage an handling charges). Did not order or request any further product. And, did not give authorization for auto-send or auto charges to my Credit Card. I have talked to one Rep. on phone requesting full refund. He agreed to refund. Now To Date, have been billed 3 months on C.C, and have not been able to contact the Co. Recording states My order has been cancelled.
My Demand: Full Refund
