This Airline is not low cost or honest about ANY of it’s policies b/c those policies are hidden in the very fine print, hard to understand and deceptive. They have so many add on fees for everything that it costs you more to fly with them.nWorst yet, is their customer service and planes. Customer service (if you get to it) speaks broken English, doesn’t care and misinforms you. Their planes are old, dirty, have the leg room of a slave ship and make you feel very unsafe. The pilot for my flight sounded like he had tied one on in Vegas the night before.nThe worst! I’d rather walk cross country then fly with them again.nTake heed and tell your friends.
