After being called and accepting a “three day”” hotel package from this company

i made the mistake of booking a hotel room at the north end of Houston Texas. Our business meeting was at the south end so after realizing the mistake I called this company three more times

twice getting a customer service specialist expressing they would be happy to rebook my choices and “”would get back with me”” . After waiting off and on for two weeks we could no longer wait and had to book independently. I called Take 2

finally got a supervisior who expressed she agreed I shouldnt have had to wait and was willing to refund our entire deposit

not just the tax. That was in April we recently as of June 20th noticed that the refund had not been applied to our Visa. Upon calling again
