Techwindow Walnut Cove North Carolina


Complaint: We purchased two computers from Techwindow. The first was a Dell purchased on May 16th, 2015 and a Toshiba on June 1st, 2015. On June 6th, 2015 I contacted Mr. Moore via facebook to let him know I was having issues with the Toshiba laptop. It would get extremely hot and randomly shut off, I was also having to wiggle the power-cord to get the screen to “brighten up”” and continue to charge. I was told to bring it in whenever I could since it was under warranty (he doesn’t provide you with any type of receipt

Phone: 2015 I contacted him again. We had a severe storm while I had been out with my father and when we returned noticed the Dell laptop would not turn on. I wasn’t sure what was wrong so again I contact Mr. Moore
