When I contacted TerraSol Energies Inc to get solar panels installed at my place, I didn’t expect them to be the vicious scammer they are. I don’t mean to bash the company or anything like that, but I can’t let anyone else fall prey to their scam. If you are planning to get solar and you’re from Chadds Ford like me, then please read this review before making the decision.
TerraSol was one of the 4 companies I was considering for the panels. I chose them because they were the only ones I could meet in person and really talk with. I have a really busy schedule so I can’t really blame the other companies for not meeting me in person. At first, from their website and behavior I was one hundred percent sure that this would be the best purchase of the year. The sales person of the company claimed that I would be saving more than $XXXX and trust me, that’s a lot of money. I have a 4 BHK house and my electricity requirements are higher than most, but these savings would definitely be worth the price. All the paper work was done and the panels were installed in a week.
I expected the fast installation from them but things went south a few months after the installation. The panels were not nearly as efficient as the company claimed. I tried contacting them but whenever I would bring this up, they would make an excuse and evaded the conversation (hung up the call). Their customer service is as bad as it gets. The sales staff lied to me about how good the panels were, just so he could add another sale on his monthly quota. And here I am in a legal contract with TerraSol which is going to last for years.
Even though the sales executive clearly lied to me, the purchase would’ve been worth it if the customer service wouldn’t be so bad. The only reason I went with TerraSol is because they are local unlike some of the big names available in my area. If I had known what kind of trash customer service they had, then I wouldn’t have made this mistake.
If this post even saves one person from these careless guys, then it would be worth all the efforts. Please do not trust the lies TerraSol Energies spew on their website and sales pitches.
TerraSol Energies Inc Review: Additional Information
No. Their sales executives lie openly, their customer service is bad, I can’t find any reason to recommend them. I would not advice anyone to buy solar from TerraSol Energies Inc.
Frankly, not really. The websites seem to have totally bogus positive reviews. I and possibly dozens of more people have been fooled by their fake PR attempts, but you don’t have to.
Most of the people who buy solar don’t even know they can post reviews online and they think it’s a bad practice. This, combined with the dangerous number of fake review websites online (where people pay to get 5 star reviews), makes it impossible for people to find any TerraSol Energies Complaints Inc.
No. Definitely not!
