Complaint: I ordered some soup from The Great Wall. When I went to pick it up I checked the food first to make sure it was right. The chicken broth in my soup looked like water so I told them I didn’t want it and I wanted to order something else. Well the manager or Owner showed up and asked me what the problem was. I told him that the chicken broth looked and smelled like water. He told me that it was natural chicken broth and he was not taking it back unless there was something wrong with it. I told him that it was something wrong with it because chicken broth is supposed to have a tan or brownish tint and that I wanted to order something else. I already had an egg roll in the bag and told him that I would like to keep the egg roll and he told me no. He said if I didn’t want the soup then I didn’t want the egg roll so I told him I wanted me money back and he gave it to me then I left. He had really bad customer service because I’ve been to plenty of restaurants and they are more than happy to take something back if you don’t like it and let you order something else. There was no difference from him letting me order something else than him refusing to serve me except that fact that he didn’t get paid. He just didn’t make any money off of me wich is his loss but I don’t think that was right to refuse service to me all together because he was angry that I wouldn’t pay for something I knew I wouldn’t like.
