In the beginning Dan Peterson said he had the experience to refinance our home without any problems at all so we decided to try them out. We then proceeded to give United Pacific Mortgage every bit of information that they asked for, there for the first month we talked back and forth no problems at all. After about a month we could never get a response to emails and voice messages we kept sending day after day trying to find out what was in the works. We even tried to contact his so called manager Chris Reed and he has never responded back to us. This company seems more like a company that just vacumns up information and never get back in touch with people. The one email we did recieve a week ago said that he had contacted underwriters and would call me shortly, that has never happened. My advice is be careful on who you choose, closer to home companies is probibly a better bet. And if something like this hits home to you, do as we did and contact the state department of businesses and the Better Business Bureau so they know the problems are accuring. Good Luck!
