My wife and I both ordered Halloween costumes from Vampire Disco. We discovered the website via a Groupon offer my wife purchased. My wife’s costume was purchased on October 11, mine was purchased October 13. According the website we could expect 5-7 business days wait for shipping and there was a written guarantee on the website that the costumes would arrive before October 27th, which happened to be a date that we had a party to attend. nOn October 24th, concerned that our costumes hadn’t yet arrived within the 5-7 business days that were promised, I sent the company an inquiry via their website. As of today (10/28) there still has been no reply. I also tried to call the company repeatedly between 10/24 and 10/27, but the phone number that is listed on their website appears to be the personal cell phone of the owner of the store. He never answers and his mailbox is full so I was unable to leave a message. nWe are still waiting for our costumes to arrive. Unfortunately our party was yesterday.
