The office staff at this provider was rude, argumentative, and refused to be of any help for a new patient. We had received, on numerous phone calls, prior authorization from our insurance for them to submit a referral request for a visit. They stated that their office does things a certain way and that was that. One of the ladies I spoke with, Rachel, even stated “sometimes insurance companies will tell patients what they want to hear.”” This is ridiculous. An insurance company would not put themselves in a position of providing incorrect benefits as they would then be liable for them. I stated on numerous occasions that

all they needed to do was submit the paperwork

and the insurance company would approve it. This apparently was not acceptable to how they do things in their office
